BANJARBARU - Syamsudin Noor Airport celebrates National Customer Day 2017 by sharing prizes for customers and stakeholders such as tenants and airlines on September 4, 2017. Merchandises are distributed to 250 passengers waiting for flights from 4 pm to 5:30 pm . 18 stakeholders also received similar gifts as a form of gratitude from Syamsudin Noor Airport Management.
General Manager of Syamsudin Noor Airport, Handy Heryudhitiawan during the distribution of merchandises accompanied by related officials as well as the Customer Service team at the departure terminal explains "On this special day we want to greet customers directly and share a little happiness. We are very grateful to them for their trust in using the services of Syamsudin Noor Airport. For our stakeholders from tenants to airlines we are also very grateful for their commitment and contribution in providing excellent service to customers.” He explained.
Furthermore, Handy said that customer is an important part in the development of Syamsudin Noor Airport, and as airport operator that always prioritize service quality, customer satisfaction is the main priority. The increasing of Customer Satisfaction Index every year is also because of them who actively continue to provide suggestion and constructive input.
"Customer’s smile is our pride." Handy continued.
On the other hand, the trust of customer is also a challenge for Syamsudin Noor Airport to continue to grow in the future in providing quality services and meet the needs of the mobility of customers which increasingly diverse. Thus, Syamsudin Noor Airport Management continues to strive to expand new routes ranging from to Palangkaraya, Batam, to Makassar. Furthermore, it is expected to realize the hope of South Kalimantan community to be able to expand more routes to major tourist destinations of Indonesia, Bali.
